Max Ventures Investment Holdings Private Limited (“MVIHPL” or “the Company”), was incorporated on 26th February, 1988, as a Private Limited Company. On 19th November, 2024, the Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi issued a certificate of registration to MVIHPL bearing number N-14.03635 under section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 to commence and carry on the business of non-banking financial institution as Core Investment Company without accepting public deposits.
